Customer Review: Great Style, Poor Execution

I bought this bag for daily commuting about a year ago. I am pretty tough on bags, but not abusive.
Pros:
Great style
The ballistic nylon used for the outer shell is tough and easy to maintain
Lots of storage & pockets
Nice, thick quick grab handle
The back is nicely padded
Cons:
Poor interior construction
All the velcro failed quickly
The strap, while nicely padded, has basically come apart.
The padding, while nice has compressed and is no longer effective.
Overall this would be a great occasional use bag, but for everyday use I will be looking for something else. If the price were to drop about 30% I may add an additional star.
